過疎・中山間地域振興条例（仮称）制定検討調査会の現地調査
長野県議会過疎・中山間地域振興条例（仮称）制定検討調査会の現地調査が木曽郡王滝村で実施されました。我が会派からは宮澤議員（副会長）、小島議員（幹事）が参加しました。（高島幹事は欠席）
まず、こだわりの郷土食のお昼をいただき、公民館で調査に臨みました。
出席いただいた皆さんは、 王滝村村長さん、同村会議長さん、役場から一番遠隔地の区長さん、林業事業の社長さん、「ずくだそ応援隊」隊長さん、元助役さん、「ひまわりマーケットすんきの里」代表、「おんたけアドベンチャー」代表、監査委員、教育委員、PTA会長と多彩な顔ぶれです。
村財政の現状、道路の改良、産業おこし、雇用の確保、地産地消への支援、消防団員確保と防災対策、学校の複式学級化など、様々な課題について実情や要望が示されました。
課題や悩みが多い一方、出席者の中には「Ｉターン」の方がお二人いて、「子育てには最適な環境である」「自然のスケールの大きさが大好き」といった発言もあり、まだ望みはあると総括（宮澤副会長）されました。
引き続き、来月には、上伊那・下伊那地域の調査が実施されます。
