社会衛生委員会の現地調査（北信・中信方面）
社会衛生委員会の現地調査（北信・中信方面）を２４日、２５日に実施しました。
２４日は、長野方面で、つぎの施設等を調査・視察しました。
・長野地方事務所
・長野福祉事務所
・中央児童相談所
・長野保健所
・長野障害者総合施設 いつわ苑
・長野県須坂看護専門学校
調査の前段に、管内の３市町から陳情を受けました、須坂市からは障害者自立支援法の見直しに関して、坂城町、千曲市からは厚生連篠ノ井病院に救急救命センターの設置をとの要望をいただきました。
２５日は、松本方面で、つぎの施設等を調査・視察しました。
・松本地方事務所
・松本福祉事務所
・松本児童相談所
・松本保健所
・介護老人保健施設「ハーモニー」
・特定・特別医療法人慈泉会「相澤病院」
「ハーモニー」では、理事長さん、常務理事さんから説明とともに、施設運営が大変なこと、介護職員の定着率のことなど、介護の現状に対する厳しいご指摘をいただきました。
また、この施設では、利用者を｢お客さん｣と呼び大切に介護をしておられました。
福祉施設等の運営の大変さと大切さを痛感しました。
「相澤病院」では、「新型救命救急センター」で、年間５５００台の救急車を受け入れているそうです。また屋上にはへリポートもあり、直結して救命救急室が設置されています。
「地域がん診療拠点病院」として、診療科や職種の枠を超えた｢集学治療｣ということでチームでの治療を行ない、患者や家族の｢ケア｣にも取り組みを行なっているとのことです。
また、高精度放射線治療装置トモセラピーなど目を見張るような最先端の医療機器が導入されており、感心いたしました。
