６月県議会報告 消費生活条例案など可決
６月１９日から開催された６月定例県議会は、７月４日閉会しました。
県側から提案され可決された主な議案は、平成２０年度一般会計補正予算案（２億１２４２万３千円・障害者自立支援対策臨時特例基金事業費、ＢＳＥ検査事業費、スクールソーシャルワーカー活用事業費）等、補正予算案２件。
長野県消費生活条例案、県税条例等の一部を改正する条例案等、条例案６件、収用委員会委員の選任についての人事案１と事件案１０件等です。
また、議員提出議案では私達が公共交通対策特別委員会で提案した「生活バス路線等の地域公共交通の維持・確保に関する決議」や、自民党、改革・緑新、共産党と共同提案となった「障害者自立支援法の抜本的な見直しに関する意見書」等、１１件の「意見書」や「決議」が可決されました。
しかし、改革・緑新から提案した「後期高齢者医療制度の廃止を求める意見書案」は、自民党県議団、創志会、県民クラブ・公明の反対により、記名投票の結果３４対２２で否決されてしまいました。
一般質問は３２人が行いましたが、取り上げられた項目で多かったのは、高校再編、現地機関の見直し、農業振興、特別支援教育の今後、消費生活条例、地球温暖化対策、地震や災害への安全・安心対策、道路整備等々でした。
