過疎・中山間地域振興条例（仮称）制定検討調査会の取り組み
４月２４日、第２回調査会が行われ、わが会派からは、宮澤、小島、高島議員が出席しました。
過疎地域自立促進特別措置法（通称過疎法）が平成２２年３月に期限が切れることも踏まえ、県として独自の条例を制定するかどうか検討する会です。すでに福島県、山口県、岡山県、島根県では同趣旨の条例が制定されており、調査会のメンバーが視察にもいっています。
今回は、過疎法を中心に、過疎地域への支援策について現状を確認しました。市町村課、生活排水課、農村振興課、林務部、道路管理課など多岐にわたって施策が展開されています。これが、根拠法である過疎法がなくなると継続は大変困難になります。
また、地域の現状を把握するため、５月９日の北信地方を皮切りに現地調査や地域の皆さんとの懇談等にも取り組みます。
